They possess blindsight sensing its prey by listening. They have an Acidic nature causing Item damage to anything they come into contact. In addition to these traits they are also immune to lightning and will split if struck by a shock effect as if it were a slashing weapon.
If struck with piercing or slashing weapons there is a chance they will split into two smaller fully formed versions of the original.
