There are a few special requirements outside of the obvious Undead Bane that you'll need. Make sure you have more than one party member with you, this quest is not solo able. You'll need to defeat 3 Skeleton Archers with ranged only attacks so make sure you have enough arrows or spells before you enter this dungeon.
Though the dungeon may seem long, it goes by pretty quickly. You'll start off by moving to the west and turning a valve. Now continue south until you find a chest. Open the chest )and make sure your group is on the right side of the gate) and the gate will close and Undead will spawn. Turn Undead (if you have it) or just simply defeat all the Undead that spawn to re-open the gate.
Continue down the path defeating the Undead in your path. You'll turn the corner and arrive at two small rooms each with a spike trap and 3 valves to turn. The puzzle is to get all 3 valves to light up in each room. You'll have to look for the pattern when you turn the valves to get it right. The turning of valves in one room will in no way affect the other.
Once you've got all 6 lights to turn on the gate to the southern portion of the dungeon will be opened and you can pass through.
Head to the East and you'll find a valve on the way. Get your group close to you and turn the valve and gates will close to trap you into a small area with three ghasts. Defeat them and turn the valve once more. Note that you'll be coming back here in a moment.
Head south and to the East once again and use the shrine if you need it. If not head all the way to the West until you come to a gate that is not opened. Have one of your teammates go turn the valve that lowers the traps him and when he does you will be able to move on further to the west. There will be a valve on the wall across from the gate that was just opened and if you turn it, it will free your teammate back at the trapping valve.
When you turn that valve you will also spawn many undead. A handful of which will be archers which you will not be able to reach. You'll have to kill them with ranged weapons and I do not advise using Turn Undead, it can bug the quest. When all mobs are killed the gates to the south should open and you can pass through. There is a shrine diretly south of the gates and a hallway leading to some nasty fire traps to the East.
Pass by the Fire Traps and you will be moving down a hallway towards a library. After dispatching the Undead, head West (or East) and you'll come across two arcane skeletons at the top of an incline. Defeat them and get your group together for the final fight.
Once you enter the room there will be two Arcane Skeletons out of melee range and the Powerful Skeleton Warrior will attack. Defeat all of the undead in the room for your question Completion. Jump over the gap and you can find your exit out of the quest.
