Move south defeating any undead in your path until you reach a room with runes on the West side and colors on the East side.
The colors coorespond with the symbols on the opposite wall. Once you've got the coorelation down move into the large southern room with the Colored Wheels in each of the four corners. Clear the room of Flesh Renders and then turn the wheels into the coorespoding symbols from the previous room.
Once the barrier is broken you will be able to engage the Bishop (Drow Scorpion) and destroy him. Upon his death you will spawn a Fire Reaver. When the Fire Reaver is destroyed you'll gain quest completion.
