You'll want Reptilian bane to finish this one off.
You're only objective is to kill 200 Kobolds. There is no time limit and they are allowed to breach the fort without the mission failing.
As a group effort, to get it done fairly quickly you'll want to sit inside the fort because spot attracts the most kobolds. Make sure that you fight near a wall out of the line of sight from the path leading up to the fort. Positioning is key since you don't want the Ranged Kobolds to constantly attack you from far away, you want them to have to get in close to pursue combat.
Have one person fortify the side entrance (it will get broken down relatively quickly) while the main force holsd the front of the fort down.
If a group member needs to rest, let everyone know ahead of time and when you rest, approach the shrine from the back, you'll be less likely to gain aggro.
Since you aren't on any time limit, this quest is solable. Just find a spot away from the fort where one or two Kobolds spawn and just sit tight for a while killing anything that spawns.
