You'll want some Undead bane, a little troll bane a lot of Human/Dwarf/Halfling/Elf Banes. This mission makes you wish there was one bane for all four.
Anyways, enter the mission clearing the first large room (both upper and lower levels). Loot the chest on the lower level and gray the Green key. Move up to the green gate, enter and kill all the Emerald Claw that spawn as well as the undead.
There are levers on both sides of the troll. Allow your ranged group members to pull the levers so they can fight without worry of being attacked. After the second lever is pulled the Troll will be free and you must slay him.
Move on past the troll and through some traps until you find a shrine. Use it and move into the second Caged Troll. Pull both levers and free the troll and do away with him.
You'll now want to return back to the room you found the first key in. The upper level's door has now been opened and you can loot the chest within it.
