Bring Fire Protection cause the Warlocks in this quest are ruthless with their fireballs.
You start off being annoyed by some oozes so prepare your Ooze bane or temporary blunt weapons. You'll then have to go through a handful of Trogs before you reach the first egg spawns.
Before taking out the eggs its best to go in the Gargoyle infested room with a chest in it. As you may have guessed, opening the chest will result in an annoying fight with health regenerating gargoyles. Overall they aren't too painful, just back yourself up to a wall and don't get in the middle of them. When done get your loot and head out to the eggs.
When you get to the eggs you'll want to prepare for some more Trogs. Once the eggs are destroyed those Troggs will spawn and you'll have to dispatch a pair of shamans to move on.
You'll then encouter a rest shrine behind a lockpickable door. Your group should be pretty healty at this point so you can enter the second egg room across the hall. As you enter the room and move towards the stairs you'll be fighting a handful of trogs, you'll also find more at the top of the stairs. Once dispatched, destroy the eggs (dont worry, nothing will spawn on you) and head up the stairs to pull both switches and continue to the next rest shrine.
Take a rest if you need it but you can move on through the cooridor and to the large room that require some jumping coordination. Before jumping across you'll want to hit the switch (6 on the map) to start unlocking the lower door. When you reach the other side another group member will have to pull the other switch (7). You'l then move to the bottom of the room and dispatch many Trogs including the Chieftan (he's not that tough).
You'll find another switch where the Chieftan was standing (8) that should allow you to pass through the final set of doors.
You'll then have the opportunity to rest again or continue on to the Final boss and the chest at the end.
Though there is a locked door in the water, you won't be able to open it until the 2nd part of this quest, Old Grey Garl.
