You'll want Human/Elf/Dwarf/Halfling bane for this one. Thought his quest is short, it's still somewhat painful because you're fighting properly equipped monsters. Make sure you move through the quest slowly and pull single mobs whenever possible.
You値l want to kill off the guys on the way to the hall directly across from you when you enter. When you get to that room you値l turn a valve, get jumped by Oozes. Finish em off and head south towards the traps.
As you head south you値l come across some water besides a barrier. You値l want to disable the trap there and move to the next T section. There is a nasty 4-way Fire trap here, so make sure to let your rogue do their job before fighting many more enemies.
Move to your West killing anything in your path until you come to a large room with large steel fences around the water. You値l want to pull as many as you can to the door. The room is small enough that if Glitterdust is cast by a wizard or priest your group can be wiped before they can find the door to get away. Clear the room and progress through the door to the west to finish off your kill requirements and finish the quest.
You値l most likely want to rest in the shrine to the south and then move to the north where you will find another chest. There is also a Secret door to the West of the room which leads to another chest. These two chests have exceptional loot given the duration of the quest.
