Ok so here are the bare bones..
Race: Human
Class: Barbarian
Str: 18
Dex: 15
Con: 12
Int: 8
Wis: 8
Chr: 8
Health: 36
Feats:
1. Two Weapon Fighting
1. Toughness
enhancements
1. Barb Action Boost
2. Barb Con
3. Human Con
4. Whatever You want
With every Feat possible get Toughness. Stick with Medium Armor (something that will allow you to draw on your dex bonus). Use two weapons, I personally am going to go with one frost one fire just because I like the idea behind it.
One of your items should be geared for Constitution pluses, one to strength (I.e items in the splinterskull quest) and your other items should build either on HP or Damage Reduction.

I'm no expert, but don't you need a bit more Con than that? Aren't HP important?

I had the same thought, but here was my rationale
1. At the levels where you can enhance a state (4 and 8) you can up that to base fourteen.
2. Then with enhancements you can get +1 human con boost and like +3 barb con boost so that puts you at an 18.
3. Then with magical items you can get like +3 more, maybe more I am not sure. I do know for sure that you can get a +3 con from splinterskull quest but after that Its possible for a lot more I suppose.
4. Add in an item (or two if they stack, not sure of this) with false/greater life on them.
5. Throw in Toughness x4 and you can still end up with a lot of HP.
6. Also enhancing upon your natural damage reduction means taking a lot less damage thus effectively increasing your HP by that much more per hit.
With this build you will just have to be careful for the first few levels, making sure to have a cleric on hand and making sure not to think you are a tank. Leave Tanking to the Pali's and Toughness Fighters. This build will throw out a lot of damage, quickly.

Geo Wizard: Lvl 50 Earth/Kin With Speed Boost and Stamina yay. Not to mention kick butt holds. Including Volcanic Gases, hehe. And now with his own moronic Animated Stone. And Transference!!! New and improved, 3 lvls in one day, adding to his arsenal Fulcrum Shift..oh yea. Can't wait to get some time under his belt now. I can now hurl Boulders....omfg no he didn't :) I look so pimp in my newest power...its brown and bumpy all over..can you guess?... Thats right is Stone Armor and it is kick butt. Fissure rocks my world! Fifty soon. Fifty on 12-10-2005 at 12:35am after 400hrs of hard labor Wanna throw a special shout out to Illusion Mastor, CBail, Mudpuppy, Jupiter Sweets, Dark Hollow, Lethal Fury, Pan, Majin Tank, Lotus of Death, and all the others i know I am forgetting for their help. And also to all the gameampers here at gameamp whom without I would never have made it.

Also, upon leveling, the barbarian gets a d12 for hit points, better than any other class. I personally have multi-classed mine into a level of fighter to get the heavy armor proficiency.

Ahhhhh you are using your barb for damage. I see. I use mine to tank (when there isn't another) and to be a secondary tank.

I don't like to multiclass very often, i find that "Pure Breeds" satisfy my whole "Specified Purpose" feeling most often than not.
