| Description |
Not many know that you can modify the Inbound and Outbound messages for each Chat Window. You can do this by holding the mouse on the Tab of the window you wish to modify, right-click, and select the proper menu option. This can be a vastly useful thing to do for the following reasons:
1) Tells are not routed to Party chat by default.
2) Admin and World-Broadcasts are not routed to Party by default *.
3) Removing unwanted clutter from your General Chat window.
* To add Admin and World Broadcasts to your Party Window, enable General messages. To enable Tells in the Party window, enable Tell.
Other tips include removing NPC dialog from your General Window, adding Combat info to your Party or General windows. Etc.
Play around, and find the best settings for you.
