If you have a group questing together, each party member should talk to the NPC giving the quests.
When the entire group has completed the quests, all the party members can then talk to the NPC to get their individual rewards. This would help cut short the playing time, instead of one player asking for the quest, coming back to claim the reward and then the next party member does the quest again.
