Everyone knows that you recieve a first time bonus on Normal, Hard and Elite but what they don't tell you is that you will not get penalized because of quest repitition.
Let's say you've done a certain quest 150 times and you've never done it on Hard or Elite. When you finally enter Hard you'll see that you'll get full XP, the fact that you have done the quest 150 times won't even be taken into account on the xp chart. Of course if you try the quest on Hard a 2nd time you will see that you're now up to 151 times with penalty if you previously defeated the Hard mode.
