If you have a large ladder and you'd like to get down without the pain of having to slowly climb down that ladder, all you have to do is fall in front of the ladder and grab back on before you reach the bottom.
So basically grab hold of the ladder, hit spacebar and when you come close to the bottom of that ladder, grab on again.
This helps so much when you just don't have the patience of going down a 4 story ladder.
