Your bind spot is where you will res to when you die in a dungeon and release your spirit. The only place you can release to is your bind point, only place so far you can bind is in the various taverns.
To set your bind point, simply speak to one of the members of the Church of the Silver Flame located in each of the many taverns around Stormreach.
